Contributions or gifts to Harris for President are not tax deductible. Federal law allows individuals to donate up to $6,600 per election cycle: $3,300 for the Primary Election and $3,300 for the General Election. Harris For President does not accept contributions from corporations or their PACs, unions, federal contractors, national banks, those registered as federal lobbyists or under FARA, SEC-named executives of fossil fuel companies, or foreign nationals. Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
