John Avlon Victory Fund

Contributions and gifts to John Avlon Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Contributions to John Avlon Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300 of each contribution from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the Primary Election. The next $3,300 of each contribution from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the General Election. The next $10,000 from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to the federal account of the New York State Democratic Committee. The first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the Primary Election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the General Election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate political committee will be allocated to the federal account of the New York State Democratic Committee. The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement after the 2024 Primary election for U.S. House of Representatives in New York (June 25, 2024) shall be as follows: The first $3,300 of each contribution from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the General Election. The next $10,000 from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to the federal account of the New York State Democratic Committee. The first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to John Avlon for Congress for the General Election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate political committee will be allocated to the federal account of the New York State Democratic Committee. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
