CE4A Action

Contributions to CE4A Action are not tax-deductible. CE4A Action is a political organization registered with the Federal Election Commission as a PAC with a contribution account and a Non-Contribution Account, commonly referred to as a “Hybrid PAC.” Federal Election law permits a contribution of $5,000 per year to the CE4A Action contribution account. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited from donating to the CE4A Action contribution account. Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
