U.S. Senate, Montana
Jon Tester
Jon Tester is currently serving his third term to represent Montana in the U.S. Senate. Tester previously served in the state Senate. Tester has shown consistent leadership on climate change, conservation issues, and renewable energy in rural communities. He has also worked to hold Big Oil accountable, supporting efforts to end taxpayer handouts and ensure companies pay the full amount for environmentally disastrous spills. In the Senate, Tester will continue to be a champion for Montana’s public lands and one of the leading advocates for the full funding and permanent reauthorization of the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Senator Tester has earned a 95% on LCV’s 2022 National Environmental Scorecard.
