The Biden Harris campaign has stated that the climate emergency "presents an enormous opportunity for the region to leapfrog dirty development in favor of the technologies of the future". Biden’s “Build Back Better” plan aims to mobilize public and private American capital into the clean energy economy to fight climate change, rebuild the American economy, and achieve environmental justice. This conversation will explore the various tools and policies that help drive investment into clean energy from public-private partnerships at Green Banks to venture capital to private wealth investment.
