Greening the Grid: Opportunities for Rapid Decarbonization of America’s Power Sector

Join Clean Energy for Biden for a panel discussion on the recently released Biden plan for clean energy, climate action and environmental justice. The main focus will be on VP Biden’s commitment to reach net-zero carbon emissions in the US power sector by 2035. The panelists will break down this plan and explain how this goal can be achieved through investments in revamping infrastructure, deploying clean energy technologies at scale and funding R&D. Special emphasis will be placed on implications of the plan for young cleantech professionals, and how it will help build back the US economy while also promoting environmental justice.
